So The Dojo of Karate started a new weight loss fitness program in Broomfield / Westminster called -- Fighting Fit2 Boot Camp (TM). We've already had a mid morning Boot Camp going, but this is our early morning Boot Camp which is offered from 5:30am to 6:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Yea, we know it's early, but how else would you want to start off your day??? Would you rather have a motivating fitness instructor giving you some fun and exciting new workouts that will tone your body, build lean muscle, and shed off the pounds, or keep laying in bed and do nothing about your fitness goal...? Since yesterday was our 1st fitness class, all we did was body weight exercises to build strength and than a steady state run.  But, it wasn't easy!  Body weight training is simple to do, but when you have to do it for intervals of 3-4 minutes each... straight.  Than it becomes more challenging.  That's what our boot campers did.  And they are excited to start seeing some fast results over the next 90 days. And, we put them on a custom nutrition plan that will not only give them visible results around the chest, waist and thighs, but give them MORE energy throughout the day... because they're eating healthier. See, fitness and exercise isn't a fad, or a "on again, off again" love / hate relationship.  Exercise should be part of your daily routines.  And it can be as simple as walking for 30 minutes to going to the gym and working out for 1 hour.
