This week we are concluding our 4 week session of the Summit Fit Dojo Fitness Boot Camp Challenge. The contest basically involved following a strict, yet easy to follow nutrition plan, working out in our boot camps 3 days per week, training on your own an additional 2-3 days per week, and having fun. An athlete that loses the most body fat percentage in 4 weeks, will receive 1 free Boot Camp session (4 weeks) the following month.
