Here is an easy crock pot meal to serve on football Sunday, or any day of the week!   Enchilada Chicken Stew Crock pot meals allow you to prepare a healthy meal, while saving time in the kitchen. Ingredients 2 lbs chicken breasts 1 yellow onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 (4oz) can of chopped jalapenos (drained) 1 (4oz) can of chopped green chili's 2 Tbs coconut oil 1 (14oz) can of diced tomatoes 1 (70z) can of tomato sauce 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tbs cumin 1 Tbs chili powder 2 tsp dried oregano salt and and pepper to taste 1 bundle of cilantro to garnish avocado to garnish

Instructions
1.  Pull out your handy dandy crock pot
2   Add raw chicken breasts
3.  Add the remaining of the ingredients on top in any order
4.  Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 6-8 hours
5.  When done cooking, use tongs to pick up chicken breasts, shred and mix in
6.  Garnish with cilantro and avocado
7.  Enjoy
