Is it going to be a white Christmas?  Snow is in the forecast.....but it isn't on the ground yet, which means that today may be a great day to get outside!  So tighten up those shoe laces and hit the sidewalk, trail, or treadmill for a 1 - 3 mile run! After your run complete the following sets:   Burpees: 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 Alternating Lunges: 5-6-7-8-9-8-7-6-5 Push Ups: 5-6-7-8-9-8-7-6-5 Squats: 5-6-7-8-9-8-7-6-5 Burpees: 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1   Make sure to stretch when you are all done.....and then go and enjoy your time with family and friends!
