Here's a bootcamp workout that'll kick your butt!
This is what it looked like.
10 – 25- 40 – 25 – 10
- Cone Jumps
- Warrior Push Ups
- Toe Touches
- Kettle Bell Squats
- 400 meter sprint
So, you started off with 10 reps, then go up to 25 reps, then up to 40 reps, back down to 25 reps, and down to 10 reps again.
You would do all of the exercises with the amount of reps described above, and going down the list.
Then you would finish the workout with a 400 meter sprint.
All this for time, meaning you want to perform it as fast as possible.
25 minutes was about the fastest, while 32 minutes was the last person.
