We like to call this resistance bands workout: Rockin With The Bands. Resistance Bands are a great piece of equipment to train with when you're on the road or stuck at home. If you think that working out with Resistance Bands is easy… well, you haven’t really trained with them then, the proper way. There are all sorts of ways on how to use Resistance Bands.  Here, we use them in an Interval Based Training method. Here’s the workout. 40 Seconds On / 20 Second Break / 5 Rounds
  • Military Press
  • Bicep Curls
  • Punches from the chest
  • Tricep Extensions
  • Squats
  • Push Ups
  • Laterals
However, you don't get to move to the next exercise until you've performed each exercise for 40 seconds, get a 20 second break, for 5 rounds… THEN you go to the next exercise.  Talking about a BURN!
