Summit Fit Dojo Century Mark Workout The Century Mark. If you push yourself hard enough, you'll be spent at the end of this workout. This is one of the workouts we did last week during our Summit Fit Dojo Fitness class.   • 100 Medicine Ball Wood Choppers
