Summit Fit Dojo Tabata Training Tabata workouts came from Japanese professor trying to help the Japanese Speed Skate team. Interval training is also known as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) or a Tabata Workout.  Tabata training is a great form of conditioning, strength training, and weight loss, in a short amount of time. 40 seconds / 20 seconds / 3 sets / 3 rounds

  • Cone Jumps
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Air Squats
  • Push Ups
  • 200 Meter Jogs
Basically you will do 40 seconds of training during each exercise, get a 20 second break between each exercise, and do 3 sets per exercise.  Once you've cycled through the workout, then repeat the round again for a total of 3 rounds. Enjoy!
