As you know we are getting ready to change up some of the class times here at Summit Fit Dojo. But don't worry...the class times may be different, but the workouts will remain just the same! You can still plan on training hard, challenging yourself, and reaping the health and fitness benefits! The new schedule will take effect on Monday, September 30, 2013. The new class times are as follows: 6:00am - M/W/F 10:30am - T/TH/F 4:00pm - M-TH 5:30pm - M-TH 6:15pm - M/W 8:00pm - M/W 9:00am - Saturday We look forward to seeing you in class!
