Warm-up: Light jog 5-10 minutes or Jump rope for 3-5 minutes Main Thanksgiving Workout 20 push-ups 20 air squats 20 burpees 20 leg lifts 60-second high knees 60-second plank walkouts Run/jump rope 2 minutes Recover 2 minutes Make sure you try to do the exercises continuously, with no break, as this will help push your body like our fitness classes.
