I know, I know... You're probably thinking I have some sort of crazy "gimmick" or "magic diet pill" for losing weight.  But in all reality I don't, and it's not rocket science. You've probably heard some of these simple tips to losing weight... but the point is -- reinforcement.  Sometimes we don't necessarily do what we're suppose to do, unless we hear it more than once. I'm human and have the same problem! So, what I've done is take some simple tips I've learned over my years of being a Professional Athlete in Sport Karate and Personal Trainer, and some research about dieting, and put together a list of 5 Simple Weight Loss Tips. Now, don't get me wrong.  This isn't the end-all, be-all.  Or the "bible of losing weight"... but I promise you these 5 Simple Weight Loss Tips will be really easy to follow.  Plus, as a Personal Trainer, my goal is to help you reach YOUR goal.

  1. Drink Plenty of Water
  2. Don't Overeat
  3. Crash Diets Are Dangerous
  4. Eat Six Meals Per Day
  5. Exercise
