Summit Fit Dojo will be closed on Saturday, May 3rd due to the Spartan Race in Ft. Carson, Colorado. If you're really bummed about missing our workout, I suggest you do the following to get your work on.

  1. Get in your car.
  2. Drive South on I-25 towards Colorado Springs
  3. Exit Ft. Carson
  4. Park car at appropriate location
  5. Ride shuttle to venue
  6. Register for the Spartan Race and demand to run NOW!
  7. Enjoy the exfoliating benefits of mud on your face, in your crotch, down your shoes, and other areas you didn't know mud could enter.
  8. Try to drink the FREE beer they'll give you after the race.
  9. Pre-register for next years Spartan Race and beat your time.
But... if you REALLY don't wanna drive down to Ft. Carson (you're crazy), then we understand... Here's a workout that you can do on your own.
  • Run 1/2 Mile
  • 10 Burpees
  • Run 1/2 Mile
  • 20 Burpees
  • Run 1/2 Mile
  • 30 Burpees
  • Run 1/2 Mile
  • 40 Burpees
  • Run 1/2 Mile
  • 50 Burpees
If you need the math done for you, it's 150 burpees and 2.5 miles running. Not a Spartan Race, but damn close!
